ORDERING INFO
- TFL-50 is not available in retail outlets. The easiest and fastest way
to order is via our website.We do not accept orders over the telephone.
- Paypal handles our credit card processing and we accept VISA, Master Card
and American Express.You DO NOT need a Paypal account to order.
- CANADIAN ORDERS are shipped from Montreal, Quebec. Depending on product
availability are usually shipped within 2 business days.
- US ORDERS are shipped from our warehouse in Connecticut , USA. Any orders
confirmed prior to 2PM EST are usually shipped the same day.
- Shipping is only available by UPS Ground in Canada and the continental
USA. It CANNOT be shipped by Air.
- All customers will receive via email a TFL50 order number (when the order
is confirmed) and a UPS tracking number (at time of shipment). If you do
not receive an order confirmation within 2 business days please contact
us.
- We accept most CORPORATE or INSTITUTIONAL purchase orders, but please
contact us before sending us your order. There is a $5 charge added to all
non-electronic documents submitted (faxes) . Please do not forget to include
your UPS account # if available. Only UPS can be used.
- DISCOUNT PRICING starts at 6 cases per order. Contact us for more details.
- A Certificate of Conformance is available for $5 per order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We do not have distributors outside North America.
For international orders, you will need to contact a freight forwarder and
have the goods picked up at our warehouse in Connecticut. Your agent will
have to complete all necessary shipping arrangement and complete "SHIPPER'S
DECLARATION FOR DANGEROUS GOODS".
- There is $25 fee for all international
orders (this includes the Certificate of Conformance and bank wire fee).

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
- TFL-50 Dry Lube passes military specifications MIL-L-60326(mu) Type I.
- TFL-50 Wet Lube passes military specifications MIL-C-16173D Grade 3.
- Is the overspray sticky? Do i need to hold a towel or something behind to
prevent the spray from getting on other parts of equipment and floor?
No, it is not sticky. You don't have to protect other parts of the machine or floor when spraying.
